At HydroPeptide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clinical-grade skincare results. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
